Introduction

Fauzy Aldjufrie started rallying in 1982. But only after his return to Indonesia in 1989 when he completed his study abroad he was more serious involved in this sport. Since then he is always active in number of rallies both national and international events such as in USA and Australia. He loves speed rally. Initiated from just hobby Fauzy has now emerged as one of the Indonesian best speed rally driver who won series of championships both in Indonesia and overseas. Indonesian Rally Association noted him as the true champ whose achievement, contribution and loyalties to this sport has significantly contributed to the development of the Indonesian Rally Championship. He also actively supports and encourages young talented rally drivers who are interested in following his step. Fauzy has also strong confident that one day Indonesia will be able to hold a world-class rally championship like the one that was twice held in Medan in 1996 and 1997 respectively. He currently initiates efforts to implement that goal teaming up with some national motor racing promoters and the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI).

Besides rallying, he is also known as successful entrepreneur who runs company involves in real estate business and others in which the main base of his businesses locate in Jakarta, Bali and Los Angeles, USA. Fauzy who gains his master of business administration majoring in finance and banking married with three children. His motto in speed rallying is to come, to compete and to win. In his tight schedule both running business and rallying he still manages allocating his time dedicated for the development of the Indonesian motor sport through his involvement in the Indonesian motor sport organization. He is treasure at PP IMI.
